Sundestin Beach Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and seven miles from Okaloosa County Airport. Hotel amenities include the two pools (one is indoor and heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness room, massage therapist, bar and grill, lounge, shuffleboard, barbeque grills, seasonal children's activities, convenience store, video game room, and 24-hour front desk service. All units have full kitchens, cable TV, VCRs, free video rentals, and walkout balconies or patios. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
